Ones dress style can speak a lot about his or her personality. This is probably among the reasons why most of today’s generation are hooked into shirt customization. This enables the wearers to express their taste in art, their political views, or their fondness for bad jokes through logo printed or custom embroidered shirts. Aside from that, it also allows them to transform a simple outfit into something that is more fashionable to wear, if not one of a kind.

There are a number of ways to further enhance the stylish look of a shirt such as screen printing and custom embroidery. These two are the most commonly used methods in customizing apparel. Screen printing and custom embroidery both has its pros and cons. But for individuals who want stylish and classy touch on their outfit, they often choose to wear custom embroidered shirts.

Custom embroidered shirts are usually designed using thread and needle. Before, embroidering designs is said to be time consuming and painstaking to finish a simple design since it is done only through bare hands. But with technological innovations, mechanical embroidery equipment that somehow speed up and simplify the process of setting the designs on the garment was discovered in the 19th century. And as innovations continue, more advanced tools and software are being introduced in the industry of embroidery. This is the reason why nowadays embroidering intricate logo designs on shirts become even faster and a lot easier.

Maybe you will wonder how these intricate designs are finely finished on custom embroidered shirts. Well, custom embroidery digitizing is the answer. With embroidery digitizing service, the original files of intricate logos are first converted into digitized file in order for the computerized embroidery machine to accept and read it. The process of transferring the original image into digital file is what we called logo embroidery digitizing. The digital file will just serve as a guide for the embroidery machine about the stitch pattern of the logo. The decision as to how each part of the designs will be run and which should be run first will still depend on the embroidery digitizer – a specialist who plans each image and shape it just like the original image.
