How is your lower back?

Have you ever heard that you might have to lose weight to rid yourself of herniated disc problems?

1.) Introduction

The idea sounds nice, “losing weight will help your herniated disc”, right? Well, although this might be true, there is a catch. The question is, how are you supposed to lose a lot of weight to help ease the pressure off of your herniated disc? It does not just work like that… Weight lose takes time. Plus, the pain from a herniated disc can keep you from exercising. As a result, it is hard to lose the weight you want

2.) Pain Relief

One of the best things you can do for your herniated disc is to help off load it. One of the ways that people achieve this is by resting. However, can you afford to rest all the time? Chances are that you are going to have to attend to something in your life that requires you to be off your back. As you may agree, although rest sounds like a great idea, it is not always easy to make this happen. – Moroever, when you lay down there is said to be a lot less stress upon your spine and this is one way in which you can help to off load your herniated disc(s).

3.) Back Support For Pain Relief

Another way in which you can help to ease your lower back pain is to consider using a back support. Why? Your physician can tell you that they will suggest back supports to their patients because of the benefits of support. A physician will know about back supports because they are well documented in the field of medicine.

These supports can help you not make excessive movements that can really aggravate your discomfort or current injury level as well! One of the best things a quality lower back support can do for you is to help you off load your injured spinal structures as well. A well designed brace can help you to effectively off load the hurt muscle or herniated disc by biomechanically increasing intercavitary pressure. They are not fit for kidney problems that give you lower back problems though. – The other good thing about lower back supports is that they can be easily hidden by using a t-shirt! So, you do not have to worry about what anyone else thinks about their appearance.

* Although we have seen the benefits of lower back support and how it helps people, it is best to speak to your doctor about health advice. This is only health information.

Where can I buy a nice tuxedo shirt?

I’m in the market for a nice, well-made tuxedo shirt. I’m not looking for the standard yet cheesy pleated shirt with the wingtip collar. Instead, I’d prefer a standard laydown collar and flat front. I have been looking at better stores like Brooks Brothers, Nordstrom, and Mark Shale, but there shirts are $150. Can I find a nice one for not quite so much.

While well-starched, tasteful pleats are quite handsome, they are rather tricky to iron. Worse, the attached-wing collar tends to be a limp imitation of its stiff, detachable ancestor.

Some guys go for the plain front, but I find it bland–it too much resembles a common business shirt, especially without studs. Black tie is supposed to be a cut above day clothes.

The best course for you would be the turn-down collar piqué shirt, a style more often seen in Britain and considered perhaps the most refined of the modern tuxedo shirts. (Piqué is a waffle-like cotton weave seen on everything from polo shirts to white-tie vests.)

This site, which I’ve done good business with, offers what appears to be a solid shirt for $69.95:

Should you be in need of some good black studs, the same site offers them for a pittance:
